Lockheed Contract Cancelled.
The United States Navy has terminated the VH-71 contract awarded more than four years ago to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration in Owego.
The contract had been awarded to the Lockheed Martin facility in Tioga County on January 28, 2005, after an intense competition with Sikorsky Aircraft of Connecticut.
